what lock screen type you using..?, is it PIN..?, how much digit..4 ?, if yes try change type of your PIN lock screen type to password type of lock screen first with letter input, and test it reboot to latest skkk again, if it's work it will triggering password/pin input form in the first skkk...

My advice is just do a clean flashing via fastboot with format data, other way i'm not sure it could help

just install latest firmware (fastboot rom) with xiaomiflash tool before installing latest version of xiaomi.eu, if your phone already has latest firmware..so down't worried..just flash TWRP then flash xiaomi.eu_rom.zip through TWRP recovery.
