b4 band redmi 11e

I installed Xiaomi.Eu ROM on my REDMI note 11E 5G (VEUX) and it works very well, but my phone carrier uses B4 band for 4G-Data thus my phone is not able to connect to 4G (only H+), what I'm trying to understand is why the Global version (REDMI note 11 5G) is capable to use B4 band see attached...
