No, simply flash this twrp using fastboot.

I installed twrp, magisk, granted permissions to mixplorer and es gestore file, but it does not allow me to change the permissions of root files

Thanks to scoped storage in android 11
You can fix it by making SELinux permissive

Selinux_permissive.zip
Install in magisk, reboot...and voilà!

Note that you can't modify contents of "system" folder.

What do you mean by "es gestore file"

the file manager as mixplorer

Since you are rooted, you cam make a magisk module of your files and flash in magisk

Sorry bro, cant modify that vendor, system, odm, product or system_ext folders
