Are DJI fly and Netflix app working? At eea 12.0.6 they aren't. Can't find and install at play store and if I install manually they are not working.not compatible with this device( mi 11 ultra)

My 12.0.6 EEA does not pass safety net. But it's an official romIs your device passing SafetyNet?

Did you unlock the bootloader of your device? If yes, that's why it doesn't pass SafetyNet.
If you have unlocked you BL and using a stock rom, you will not pass safetynet and therefore different apps wont work. You might also not find certain apps in appstore because of no playstore certification. On EU for me, Netflix is working. DJI Fly app can be installed from DJI website. Is not listed for me in the playstore.
I had the xiaomi.eu before but there were a lot of bugs for example not working WhatsApp as dual apps so I installed stock rom till the rom is stable for mi 11 ultra. Can I solve the safety net with opened bootloader? Because it's a Chinese one and the eea isn't the stock rom so I cant lock the bootloader with this rom
