New 2.9.7 - NS - High CPU load on lock screen

    system_server will peg one core at maximum freq eight times out of ten when woken up.
    This only effects the first lock screen page, not the second.

    Follow up, com.android.systemui also pegs the CPU when the notifications are pulled down.

    Seems to be fixed in 2.9.29.
