New [20.4.30/20.5.13-21/20.7.2] HMNote7 Notification text being empty

Whenever i receive a notification for an example from WhatsApp or Discord, there's no text in there until i open the notification bar myself,
I noticed this problem ever since the MIUI 12 for Redmi Note 7 came out

You mean only on landscape mode (when watching a video or playing a game)? I can confirm this bug so. (Mi 9T)

I have already reported that..but still the same on my phone also till the moment , just like the screenshot attached below

Same on my phone.
Notifications are correctly displayed from system apps (e.g.: Low battery notification).
