I can no longer send and receive mms on my mi9 with the stock application since version 30.07.20.
with the textra app everything works.
I made the update in 08/20/07, but it doesn't change anything. Do you have a solution ??

Yes I have mi 9 lite. But if it sn not supported, why is this happening? It happens since I installed new rom

Why doesn't the Mi 9 Lite support this feature? You simply saved that in the ROM.
Maybe there is root and magisk a way?

Then you will have to live with it, or hope for Xiaomi to release this feature for the Mi 9 Lite.

Not a good idea. On the first page you will find the right rom for both of these models.
If a rom is not downloadable, then you have to wait.

Try twrp-install your / a previous version to return to your last system.
Then do a backup.
Then twrp-format data and twrp-install latest version.
Then setup your fresh system.
Why you could not dirty flash while others can, I do not know.
