New 5G missing in network preference

Recently updated my note 9pro 5g from 12.5 to V13.0.3 stable via fastboot. The rom works perfectly but 5g is no longer available for selection as my preferred network type. Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated.

Try typing *#*#4636#*#* into dialer and see if you see the option there it should be called NR

Yeah that's also what I have but I meant like this. If you have this option selected that means that you will have 5G/4G/3G/2G on.
