Resolved 9.11.7 0.5s to google assistant not working anymore

Hi, the issue is back, it was there on some older rom (9.9.26), then you fixed it, but now it's not working anymore..

On your older rom, it was working and stopped working after a while or a reboot, but now it's not even working just after enabling it..

Can you look at it ?

I confirm this bug on 9.11.7 with redmi note 7. On previous version work fine

It's been fixed for me on 9.11.14, and now even with the latest 9.11.21 it's ok no problem so far

The scenario is still the same: voice assistant works for a while, but after using it (could be several minutes) stops responding. Then if you go to settings and try to deactivate and activate Voice Match again - error pops: "something went wrong, try again". The only thing that helps is resetting google app.
And the whole thing starts from scratch...

Have you been sleeping well? You seem to be confused.
There's absolutely no connection between "Press and hold Power button for 0.5s to turn on Google Assistant" (which is what this bug report was about) and the issue where Voice Match would stop reacting after undefined period of time (something we're puzzled about as none of us can reproduce it).
Don't bump unrelated threads next time.

Is there any way we can help with the non-reproduced issue? Please advice in the other thread.
