Am I able to make my own ROM?

I unfortunately have a mediatek device but want to have the features of the EU ROM. Is there a guide I can follow to make my own? Thanks!

I don't think the EU team give away their tools, so no tutorial, let alone a guide for unsupported SOCs.

I hope you are prepared for a very long journey...

If you think you can shrink several years of patches into a "guide", you'd be mistaken.
Should not have bought a Mediatek device.
