Testing on miuiandroid_GT-I9100_ics-2.12.29.
When screen is turned off, there should be an intent android.intent.action.SCREEN_OFF broadcasted. But there is not.
I've tested on stock Android 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 4.0.3, 4.2.1, as well as on CM7 and CM9 and it worked fine, the intent is broadcasted. But not on MIUI.
