New App keep crashing MIUI 13.0.6 Poco f3

I had my Xiaomi eu rom on my Poco f3. After a couple of hours i downloaded Instagram, It crashed, Opened again, Nothing happened, I rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app , resat apps preferences. Nothing
I'm on the latest
13.0.6 rom
