Are there any custom ROMs for the 1s?

Since it uses a Snapdragon now, how high are the chances it will get custom ROMs/KitKat?

Or are there already stable custom ROMs available?

the sourcecode is not out, and considering the short time since release it is hard to say which devs will jump onto this ship.

For now, you'll have to run with either the official or xiaomi.eu rom.
