As of 2018/10/19, Best Miui 9/10 stable rom before and after anti-rollback?

8.8.16 is the last rom without anti-rollback, but it has no Max3 release.

Which rom would you recommend?
 
8.8.9 is rock solid and is the version Mi Max 3 users who have problems with other ROMs always revert to.
