Backup between Xiaomi.eu and Global ROM

If I make a local backup in global rom, transfer it to a PC, and then use it in xiaomi.eu, will the files be accepted from global rom?

Not recommended. The settings on a Global ROM are quite different compared to Xiaomi.eu ROM.
Start fresh and only restore backups made with Xiaomi.eu.
