Bluetooth Distorted

Hello!
Yesterday I bought Redmi Note 4.
Today found the problem.

The problem with the bluetooth. I do connect to my car (BMW 2007 model year).
The connection passes.

But
1. a very long time is "transmitting data" (phone book transfer), and no records are transferred.
2. caller's voice is very distorted and my voice is very distorted too.

Is it possible in any way to solve this problem?

P.S. No problems with car and other devices - Cubot S308, Samsung Tab, e.t.c. Instant connection, good voice and sound.

Really no one has ideas?

I tried 3 ROM and all the ROM has a similar problem: developer 7.1.12, 7.1.19 and stable 8.1.4.0, 8.0.4.0

Perhaps the problem is that is Blutooth version 1.2 or 2.0 in the car
And Redmi Note 4 not working correctly with older protocols.
