Bluetooth tws connection pop-up

hi i have k30pro with

MIUI 12.6 21.10.20​

and i just got flipbuds pro the controls for anc and other controls are in the Bluetooth sitting asin pictures the problem is they don't appear in my phone i don't know why and how to solve this problem
