I got 168 hours at the opening. I waited for the time, but again I got 168 hours.
Why isn't time running out?
I haven't opened my account in 1 year.
Here's how I do it: LINK
Security check-up 100 points.
What else needs to be set?
Why not reduce the 168 hours?
Three weeks is the same!

Did U pressed again under dev options "Mi Unlock Status"? If yes, that will reset your timer. So press 1 time, wait your 168 hours and after that start with Mi Unlock tool

Sorry I don't understand that.
What do you mean exactly?
I followed the description on the link.
I always do that.
I've opened several phones this way, now I can't solve it.

In your Guide this step
➤ How I can check my Xiaomi device bootloader is lock or unlock?

If you add Account your Timer counts (168h) If you do this step again it will reset Timer and start from 168h again

I understand.

Then I'll wait and I won't add the account the next time I try, so time will be reduced.

or .... try to use modified mi-unlock tool, with no wait time (probably). To use this tool you need new sim and new account.

I had the same problem, my solution:
On xiaomi account you have to delete all the old phones you had.
Do this and the problem dissapears.

Settings//Mi Account//Devices//select and delete.
Probably you have the same phone two times.
