I have purchase a Redmi Note 5 however I am having non stop apps stop working for example. google has stopped working, system has stopped working & keyboard stops working. Facebook will not work at all. This phone asked to update which I do not know what existing version was on there. It now has MiUI version 10.0.1.0 global.
I have defaulted the phone about 3 times with no luck. Also downloaded the update to try and restore the firmware with no luck. Is it possible to downgrade or something?
Any help would be appreciated as I do not want to send the phone back.
