I had constant update problems. Neither the Updater app nor Recover (Stock) nor CWM would be able to flash. So I used mi-flash app and all went well. I retried the friday update and ran into the same problem as mentioned above.
So I tried to re-flash using mi-flash, however, unfortunately didn't get far.
Fastboot locked before I did anything. After pressing the "on" for several seconds it went away and since then the phone appears to be dead. If connected via USB on the PC I have a USB connection popping up roughly every 5 seconds which breaks some milliseconds later... but nothing else.
Any ideas??
