Bug not found devices when turn on feature unlock with bluetooth devices on redmi k30 5g version miui 12.0.6,12.1.6.0.12.5,...and on development versions of k30 5g.

That's a Xiaomi's design, not a bug: You can unlock your device via bluetooth, with another Xiaomi product (and eligible one, I don't know the list)...
