Can my K30 5G upgrade from MIUI11 EU to 12 EU without losing data?

I noticed today that MIUI 12 EU stable ROM for K30 5G was available now. Cheers to you all

I am currently using EU ROM 11.1.25, TWRP WZSX 3-17 version, Magisk 20.04. Can I download the MIUI 12 zip and just dirty flash?
