Can Not Boot To Twrp After Unlock + Update

Hi,



My Mi4C is unlocked and my version is 8.3 from xiaomi.eu.
After upgrading my TWRP was lost. My device is unlocked and I wish to install TWRP or atleast Mi recovery again. I get this error:

• Developer options enabled (in Settings -> About phone tap 5 times on MIUI version) : already done
  
• USB debugging enabled in Settings -> Developer options (GOTO: Settings -> Additional Settings -> Developer options):
  already done
• Unlock bootloader. -> already done
• Exucute "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img"
• it says OK

When I try to reboot it just the MI logo if I press volume + power.
Why no TWRP or Mi recovery?
