Cannot install xiaomi eu rom

I have been trying to install the eu rom to my Chinese xiaomi mi 11 but my computer can't find the file. I have tried with MiFlash tool as well and it keep saying 'error, cannot find file'. I really need your help, what should i do to fix the problem?

First you need to unlock bootloader. Then copy the zip file of the latest weekly eu rom and flash with twrp recovery

Read the guide for Mi 11 in it's section. As far as I know there is no TWRP for it yet, so the steps are a bit different. Follow the instructions to the letter.
