Cannot Receive Data Outside

My wife's Redmi note 2 can only receive data when she reboots the complete phone when she is outside. No internet, no WhatsApp outside.
When she enters home it's connected to wifi again, she suddenly receives data.

So, only a reboot outside connects her to data.
Switching off/on data does not help. Only reboot.

She runs the latest multi stable release. With an older weekly she had the same.
What can be the cause?

What can be the cause?

Check that you APN profiles are correct. And then double check them.
