Can't Connect To Pc..

Problem: phone is not detected by windows 10. Nowhere to be found, nothing in device manager.
I have installed, un-installed and re-installed Mi PC suite and ADB drivers, but nothing. USB debugging is on, MTP mode on.
Fastboot, nothing. Edl, nothing. I've tried with diy deep flash cable, nothing.

The phone charges when connected to PC. I have tried different cable and different PC.

Updated to Android N which locked the bootloader, so there's no recovery mode.

Any ideas?

In ROM Android 7, when you connect the phone to the computer, it always recognizes it in charge mode, but if you click on the notification, you can change it to file transfer (mtp)
