Can't Delete Google Account

Hi,
I'm on the latest MIUI 8 and I can't delete my Google account : operation not allowed by your administrator
What's wrong?
And also, I often have play store issue : can't retrieve information from the server (hr-01)
Beed to reboot to fix it
Any ideas?

Hey moreje....
I was facing the same problems. U can simply fix that by adding another Google account. Then you can remove the one that you would like to remove. I don't know the exact problem, but someone said that it could be fixed by wiping the cache in recovery mode. I am not exactly sure about that.
