Can't download applications

I'm on 1.3.11 on a HTC Desire CDMA, and I'm having issues downloading from the market. I tried a fresh install of the ROM, but it was no hope. I attempt to download an app, but it appears as downloading for a second and disappears. Any ideas?

FYI I was having the same problem but I set it to 150 2 and all is good
