Cant Flash Miui V9.1.3 On My Mi5

Hi, can someone help me? i cant flash miui v9.1.3 with MiFlash on my mi5 cause allways the program show me the same error, "can not found file flash_all.bat"... i searched on google and a lot of people said to rename the bat's... but in this rom we dont have bat's... How can i resolve this ?

Normally I flash xiaomi.eu Roms through Custom Recovery (like Twrp) also I think MiFlash is only for Official Xiaomi Roms (like Global or Chinese)
