Can't install MIUI on Windows 11

Microsoft released Windows 11 through the beta channel, however, after installing the new system I also tried to replace my K40 with a clean system.
But when I clicked install.bat and entered Y, it never responded.

Do you know TWRP is available for Redmi K40 (alioth)? Please avoid to use a fastboot installation of Xiaomi.eu now and use TWRP instead.
