Can't Open Apps After updating Miui 12.5.3 Version

Okay, I Update MIUI 12.5.3 Stable Version. I thought It will be fine to update but it is actually don't. I can't open My apps. In full details When I open the app It pop up like 1 second and It closed app on his own. I tried so many reboots, tried to clear app data but none of them worked. The only app it worked is Tik Tok. Please fix this quickly. I uses this phone mainly for my Studying and I have exams next week.. ;3

Phone - Redmi 7
Currently Version - MIUI 12.5.3 Stable Version
