Cant post on Telegram

Hi,

I have a Xiaomi Mi11 Ultra and have installed MIUI 13.0.9 EU Rom.

I cant post on Telegram and wonder how to fix it?
Do I need to factory reset?

Already did that but the problem is still there. Tried all including format data & wipe all

@Jocuba Perhaps it has something to do with the permission for Telegram. Some have (not the same) problem with Instagram for example:

Just look in settings - Apps - Telegram - permissions, if there are some necessary permissions denied.
I don't know if it helps, but it's worth to try.
