New Can't Send Chinese Message

Hello, I got Redmi note4x, I'm from China.
Then I flash this ROM ,7.5.25 and now 7.6.8.
When I send Chinese message, receiver just got a blank message, not any Chinese.
But when I send English message, receiver can got a fully message.
Please fixed this, Thanks.

Yes, when I got this issue GSM alphabet is Disabled status.
