Cant`t Load Themes

I have this ROM - Images based on xiaomi.eu 6.11.24, from this topic: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/fastboot-rom-with-gapps-root-and-some-other-stuffs.34148/

When I go to Settings > Wallpaper > Lock screen/Home screen and want to see Online themes, I get a message "Can` load themes".

I tried with renaming MIUI folder to MIUI., but it doesn`t work. I also tried going to Settings > Installed Apps > Themes and Clear cache, but it`s greyed out, there is nothing to clear. If I select Clear data, it still doesn`t work.

It`s really not such a big deal, but I am wondering if it can be solved?

MiPad2 have no normal Themes. Actually it has no themes.
