Can't upgrade rom and TWRP doesn't wipe Cache, dalvik and Data

Hi to all,

I have a bought a Redmi Pro international version with ARB4 and I've flashed a rom MIUI 10.2 8.12.13 with a couple of errors on TWRP but the phone is working.

Now the updater app is unable to do the OTA and when I try to do a manual update to MIUI 10.3 8.12.20 via downloaded file when I get into TWRP I cant see the file.

I've tried to do the rom install via fastboot on TWRP, using the dummy.img and when I get in the phase of wiping the Dalvik / Art Cache; System; Data; Cache I get an error saying that I can't wipe/ mount.

Can anyone help me to solve this has I don't wan't to brick my phone.

If I manage to solve this will my phone be able to upgrade using OTA or using the updater app?

All help on this will be really appreciated

Just to update info. My phone was on global rom and I've changed to the above mentioned eu rom.

Anyone can help?
