I tried to connect my new MI2S with ROM 4.1.3 to my car's factory installed bt handsfree kit. They paired sucessfully, I can talk handsfree, but the bt kit cannot download the phone's contact book. I used a Blackberry phone before, and it read from it without notice. The nicest I sent my phonebook from my BB to the nex phone via bluetooth and it took all contact card properly. Does anybody face with this problem?

Same problem here w/ Samsung i9505 (Galaxy S4). Already reported it here, but got no replies. Another BT-car-related issue is lack of media info when playing music from the phone on car's radio via BT.

You can try the official (Chinese) site and forum. For Xiaomi devices at least they should be more responsive than for ports like i9505...

There's a workaround for the phonebook not syncing over BT: http://www.android-rsap.com/bluetooth-phonebook.html (the trial version confirmed to work w/ v4.4.11 on i9505).

As a bonus, you can now select the group(s) to be synced within the app (good for me as I have a lot of work-related contacts I rarely need to call up directly).
