Change font size? (Application fonts)

MIUI Theme changing the font size but applications font size not change. Font size is too big and uncomfortable applications. MIUI Laucher text small but Application text size big.

and I have another question. The upper left corner SIM Kartı Yok "No Sim Card" how can I remove the No SIM Card text.

I've noticed this too. I really hope there's a fix for it, as the text size is not uniform throughout the rom.
