Change Region for Face ID

It is said that to obtain Face ID feature needs to change Region.

I am w/ Miui10 Eu rom on my Redmi Note 5 AI China (Whyred) phone.
As known there is no Region selection option under the Additional Settings at Miui10.

How can I change the region to get Face ID feature ??

You don't have to change region on xiaomi.EU Rom....
