Coming from a treble rom to stock.

Guys I'm using Havoc rom and want to start using the miui eu, reading some posts I see that is not possible to return to stock without fastboot flash but if I have backup of vendor partition it's possible.

So I have the vendor backup from the last miui global stable, can I'm just use this and flash the miui eu or have to do the fastboot first, and if I have to do the fastboot it's better flash which stock rom?

I used for a couple of weeks Havoc but it was buggy so i came back. I had no problem installing miui 10.2.
