connect to pc

Hi guys,
When i connect my phone to pc it asks me to install driver. Can anybody please provide me the drivers for this phone. Os is windos xp. I tried to install some driver for xiaomi in pc but no success.
Please advice.

Hi, when you connecting your phone to PC, there is new CD appears.
CD emulation contains drivers and sync software
