Resolved cpu speed to slow

i have a huawei ascend d1 with a cpu dual core 1,5 ghz

the problem is this..........

in

about phone is says only dual core 1,2 ghz ?????????

is there a limit i miui,and can i correct this with out the antutu app

Whic kerel are you running? Because if you have Siyah you can change the clock easly

Siyah is sgs2 and sgs3 only. Install voltage control or setcpu from market. There you can check cpu speeds and under or overclock it.
