I have a big problem.

I have the mobile blocked because it tells me that the device is lost and asks me for a password on my phone account.
I do not have the password, I try to retrieve it and they send me sms by saying "Dear xxxxx, the request to review your account you submited on (2/14/17) was rejected.Try subimiting a new request from the device you use frequently while being connected to the network you use often ". I have tried to recover it in a thousand ways, but it is not possible.

I can not do anything with the phone, I can flash a rom, but there comes a time that asks me to register mi account.

What I can do? I need your help.

PD: i have other account of xiaomi with my email but the ID is different to the phone

Without valid ID and password you can't use that phone with xiaomi software.
The best thing what you can do with that piece of plastic is to install non xiaomi software (cm, aosp, flyme ...).
