Difference?

Hey, I would like to ask you, what is the differrence between new global stable ( http://en.miui.com/thread-471352-1-1.html ) and current EU. The deal I dont understunt, why official is 8.1.4.0 and EU states only 7.1.12. Can someone explain it to me please?

The official MIUI versions are usually: Stable China, China Developer, Global Stable and Global Developer, http://en.miui.com/download-309.html
The xiaomi.eu ROM versions are derived from China, as Stable as Developer.
The Stable versions are numbered for example 8.1.x.x and are updated about every month or more, while versions Developer 7.1.12 and are updated every week (7= years, 1= month, 12= day)

Also, You can search on Google the differences of MIUI version.
