Disable System Apps On Weekly Rom.

Hallo everybody! Can anyone tell me if it is possible at last for the weekly rom on Mido to disable system applications? On stable roms it is possible, I don't understand why it is'nt on weekly roms (so far).
By the way, How about the notifications issue on the weekly rom? Are they finally totally solved? Thanks.

Thanks for the advice... I guess it is not possible without being root and without using other apps...What about the notifications?
How does the weekly rom work in comparison to the stable one? Thanks...
