In order to install twrp and root my redmi 9T NFC (codename: lemon), I had to wipe data and disable forced encryption, because twrp wasn't prompting me for a password and I later learned that there is no support for encryption in twrp for redmi 9T Android12.
Now, I would like to re-encrypt my phone, but I still want access to custom recovery. I just saw there is an unofficial orangefox recovery for redmi 9T A12 in latest custom recovery thread. Did anyone try it out? Does it support encryption or no? I would like not to have to wipe data again if im wrong.
