Health app only provides the Step counter widget.
Global Mi Fitness has the same 4 widgets as on Chinese Mi Fitness, but as to whether they work - that's not up to us.

Can we disable the original Mi Health after Mi fitness is installed?
I mean, will this action affect the step counters or sleeping analysis?

Obviously. Like I said, Global Mi Fitness has no MIUI integration, so "after Mi fitness is installed" is irrelevant.
Sleep tracking is only working with Mi Health (or China Mi Fitness) + MIUI Clock app.

I connected the phone to the PC. Debugging is enabled. The cmd window opens. I cannot enter the command on the PC. The keyboard doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

did you correctly installed the drivers?
did you connect the keyboard to pc
is there an output if you type…

Thanks for the answer: the drivers are installed, the keyboard works. When connecting the phone to the PC, after running StartLog.bat, this image is displayed:

But you're not told to make a log. It's a basic procedure of opening a command prompt and writing 2 commands.

If you have root you can make a magisk module to replace the health app with Mi Fitness
Can anyone give me more solutions to be able to install Mi Fitness?
So i have Xiaomi 12 Pro with MIUI 13 Global (xiaomi.eu), I did the process explained here in this topic, both gave "success". But still, I can't install the application.
The worst thing about this is that I have Xiaomi Watch S1 Active, new in the box (pre-sales offer) and I cannot use it.
In the ZEPP application (my GTR2 application) the application does not find the Xiaomi Watch.
Any suggestion?

Do you use Xiaomi watches? If not, you cannot receive any data for M fitness. The Mi Fitness app is for a Xiaomi watch, not a phone.

These ADB commands are needed if we want to change from Mi Fitness to Health. If I do nothing and wait for the next stable ROM update, will I have to use these ADB commands then? I mean, will new updates come with this app already fixed?
