Dont you love autocorrect ;) Brandkast probably should be broadcast. But I'm searching myself as well. Cell broadcast settings seem not to be wanna found in the Xiaomi MIUI environment

Sent from my Redmi 3S

Changed it. Autocorrect isn't everything. But strange that it is not there... Is it something in the Netherlands only?

I dont think its related to countries as I live in germany and also cant find emergency broadcast settings.
It seems its not supported at all by EU ROM..

I have asked this question many times before, and never got an answer. However, I do know that it is there in some EU roms. I have seen a thread on gathering.tweakers.net discussing it in july 2016, pretty recent.

And: on my Redmi 3 Pro if I do a search under settings by typing "emergency" in the searchbox I get a result: under settings/more/emergency broadcasts. (Or in Dutch: settings/meer/nooduitzendingen.) However, I cannot open it, nor does it show when I manually browse to that location.

I would really like this option enabled, but it seems someone has disabled it on purpose? It works fine on CM based roms, but on those my camera sucks :(

Installed 8.6 xiaomi.eu 7.7.20. Still no cell broadcast option. Tried latest CN version - works without problems, can add specific channels etc. I understand, that it is used rarely in some countries, but in my place it is really useful. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

This is indeed a big thing in a number of European countries (life or dead in calamities), so it should be working no matter the ROM. Apparently hard to implement in a right way, but giving it some proper priority would be a good first start.
