feature request: switch to avoid the screen switching on when charger connected

I don't know if it is possible to do it in the EU ROM, but I think it may be because in EU you have added the nice charging animation. I would like to have a switch to avoid the screen switching on when charger connected. Why? I use an charging cable that automatically switches off when the phone is fully charged, and only switches on again when the charge gets below (around) 95%. To the phone this looks like a charger was connected, and the screen switches on. Of course that happens during the night, sometimes twice, and is a bit disturbing. It would be best to be able to switch this off entirely!
