New File Manager and Themes App Bugs [MIUI 12.5.8 on POCO X3 NFC_surya]

Recently I flashed MIUI 12.5.8 on my POCO X3 NFC after Clearing all Data, but I faced one or more bugs.

Firstly Themes app worked good, but after 2 days I got this message every time I open the app and I couldn't use it until now

The second Bug with the Files Manager App, is it always crashes, every time I try to use it freezes and forced closed
