New Fingerprint issue in Redmi 5 (rosy)

I have tried MIUI global rom, China rom. In those rom I didn't found any fingerprint issue but after installing 8.11.15, I am facing a major issue. When I am going to set my fingerprint, every time it's saying "could not set up fingerprint please try again".
I am trying 100 of times, but the result is same. Please solve this bug.

And another issue is, I set up my data limit unlimited in the download section but although I set up this, when I try to download something a pop up always comes and that is "this file is bigger, please download using wifi."
Please give me the solution.

I own a different device, can you guys report back if the FP issue was fixed for Rosy on 8.11.22?

Then come into the 8.11.22 rom using choose update package option.
You won't find any FP issue.

Now I am in 8.11.22 and my FP is working fine.

Open Download APP -> settings -> Change limit of download with use a 3g/4g ...
